ENERGY COMBUSTION Cylinder Manifold system is a high pressure structure which is specially fabricated for interconnecting two or more numbers of cylinders to a common gas supply line when consumption requirement is high. Manifold interconnects two or more number of cylinders for the purpose of availability of more gas at source which can be transmitted continuously.
The Gas Manifold pressure can be reduced to the required pressure by a regulator. The pressure regulators can be conned to two manifolds for resulting in the changeover of manifolds. The changeover can be done manually or automatically by changing the gas supply from one set of cylinders to the other set without interrupting the continuity of the supply. Manifolds comprise a control panel, manifold racks, tailpipes and an isolation valve and a pressure relief valve. Super Gas can provide custom made gas specific manifolds for all types of applications required by the customers.

LPG LOT System can cater to volumes up to 250 Kg per hour Installation which overcomes lots of problems and demerits of bulk LPG Installation & conventional ----Manifold (VOT) system.
LPG LOT System withdraws Liquid LPG up to 10 Kg/Hr
LOT system is an advance concept in multi cylinder installations which overcomes lots of demerits of Bulk LPG system & conventional Manifold (VOT) systems. This system is widely used in commercial & industrial applications only where high pressure is required & not for domestic purpose.
LOT system withdraws liquid LPG using LOT valves & is converted into vapor using a vaporizer. LPG off take per cylinder can go up to 10kg/hr which is comparatively much more than the normal Vapor off take cylinder of 0.6 kg/hr. The system offers the efficiency of Bulk installation and easy functionality of cylinder manifold system.
LOT systems are compact, safe & highly cost effective as liquid is completely drawn from the cylinder and there is no residual loss.

These are Water bath type vaporizers; Electrically heated with water as heat transfer media. The vaporizer works on the principle of a heat exchanger in which, Liquid LPG goes into the vaporiser via manifold systems and comes out in its vapour form which can be supplied to respective applications. A special type of coil is used to transfer heat from the water bath to LPG carried through the tube. Where water is an intermediary medium heated with the help of electricity. An electrically controlled valve is installed to constantly monitor the ideal temperature required to convert Liquid LPG into its vapour form. Our vaporisers are designed with maximum heat retention time, as a result, heat exchange is efficient and power consumption is minimised.
